Parent Communication

Parent communication and involvement is essential to student success in the online learning environment.

Parent Portal

Provost's proprietary software tools allow parents to be easily involved and informed about their student's learning experience. Parents are given a special log-in to a personalized home page, with all of the tools needed to check in on their students. We call this the Parent Portal. From your Portal home page, you can easily communicate with your student's instructors and advisors through our messaging system, and quickly see important information like grades, academic progress, attendance, achievement intervention alerts, and school and course announcements.

You can also stay informed about what your child is studying with read-only access to the course content.

Academic Advisor

Your student's academic advisor will develop a close relationship with your family to foster your student's academic success.  Weekly check-ins ensure that all of you and your student's needs are being met.  Advisors are also available by email, phone, or appointment on school days to support your student as needed.

Guidance Staff

The guidance staff is your resource for making sure your student is well rounded and prepared for life after high school. Your guidance staff is available on school days to assist with college and career information, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
